Privacy and data protection are considered fundamental rights on the International Level and also on many National Jurisdictions. Privacy refers to the part of our lives which we, as natural and legal persons.
Who is required to comply?
The GDPR applies to the processing of personal data by controllers and processors with an establishment in the European Union. It does not matter if the processing of personal data is carried out outside the European Union
